In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase we will be happy to offer you either a full refund or a credit against another item of your choice.
If there is a problem with the size we will be able to send you a replacement item at no extra cost for delivery.
Any item returned must be in its original condition, unworn and with all packaging and garment tags attached.
In order to sanction a return we must be notified within 7 days of purchase by telephone 01482 223025 or email email@example.com before the item is returned. You will then be issued with a returns authorisation number (RAN) which is to be written on the original invoice and enclosed within the parcel.
We recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and you should also obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note you are responsible for the postage cost.
A refund will only be issued if the goods are received by us in the condition stated. The amount will be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, this will not include any shipping charges incurred.
