Does the pen come in a box?
Our pen sets come presented in a gift box, and the range will tell you on the product page where a box is included. Single pens are supplied as described in their listing, so check the details before ordering if presentation matters to you.
What is the difference between a rollerball and a ballpoint?
A ballpoint uses thicker oil-based ink and suits everyday notes and forms. A rollerball uses thinner liquid ink, so it glides with less pressure and gives a darker, wetter line closer to a fountain pen. Both take standard refills.
How much is delivery on pens and desk accessories?
UK delivery is free on orders of £200 or more. Below that, standard rates apply and are shown with your order. These accessories are supplier-fulfilled, so there are no change-of-mind returns; please see our returns policy before ordering.
