Details & fit
Oval faces in rhodium plating, brushed across the top so the surface holds a soft grey sheen rather than a mirror shine. The word Groom sits in the centre in black script, raised slightly against the brushed ground, and that single word is the whole of the design. Nothing else competes with it.
The shape is generous without being heavy-handed, and the plain finish keeps company with a white or pale blue shirt, a morning coat or a plain dark suit. The fittings are polished, which gives a little contrast against the brushed face, and they turn to sit flat through a double cuff.
