Details & fit
A small red tractor, modelled in the round and finished in colour, with silver-toned wheels, roof and exhaust stack. The black tyres and dark cab windows are picked out against the red bodywork, so the shape reads clearly even at tie width.
A tie tac sits differently from a slide. The pin passes through the fabric and holds from behind, leaving the motif on its own against the tie rather than clamped across it. Worn a little below the midpoint of the tie, it keeps the front blade sitting square and stops it drifting.
