What size are the cufflinks?

Most are a standard swivel-bar fitting, around 16 to 20mm across the face, and will pass through any double cuff. Some designs are chain-link or bullet-back instead. Each product page lists the measurements and fitting so you know what you are getting.

When should I wear a Masonic tie slide or lapel pin?

A tie slide sits well with lodge dress and everyday business wear alike, holding the tie at around the fourth shirt button. A lapel pin suits occasions where regalia is not worn. Dress stud sets are for stiff-fronted dress shirts with a dinner jacket.
